Our pizzas are baked with wheat sourdough in Neapolitan style, featuring a thin base and fluffy crust. Sometimes the pizzas come out a bit smaller with the same amount of dough, for example, if the dough does not shape well or if someone new is in the kitchen. Our pizzas are baked with wheat sourdough in Neapolitan style, featuring a thin base and fluffy crust.
