Habe pick-up für 20:00 bestellt, die Abholzeit wirde dann auf 20:10 geändert. Wenn ich um 20:10 da pünktlich war, war die Pizza schon kalt und mir wurde gesagt, dass sie schon seit 20 Minuten fertig war.
