Die Lieferung hat 2 Stunden gedauert obwohl die Lieferzeit 30 Minuten war. Das Essen war angebrannt und kalt. Die 0,5l Getränke waren nur zur Hälfte gefüllt und es wurden keine Strohhalme mitgeliefert. Die Soßen bei den Croques wurden auch vergessen.
