Napoletana 🍕Napoletana
We bake pizza in the Neapolitan style. Our dough rests for at least 24 hours to develop its unique texture and unparalleled digestibility. We exclusively use high-quality Italian Caputo 00 flour for the classic, airy crust or our nutty organic wholemeal flour for a hearty aroma. Topped with authentic San Marzano tomatoes, the finest Fior di Latte, and selected DOP ingredients, we bake each pizza at over 400 degrees in a stone oven. A piece of Naples, delivered straight to your home or to enjoy in our café.We bake pizza in the Neapolitan style.
