The Lieferando “Refer a Friend” programme

Terms & Conditions

Within the employee referral program of Lieferando, active couriers (referrers) have the opportunity to recommend couriers. They receive a bonus payment if they refer the courier via a personalized link and fulfill certain conditions. Recommended couriers (referrals) are also entitled to a bonus as soon as they have fulfilled the bonus conditions. The eligibility for the bonus arises only once per referred courier. Couriers who leave the company cannot be referred again.

Data protection

By agreeing to terms and conditions, you agree to share your recruitment data with your friend who has referred you.

Active couriers

The referrer must be an employee of Takeaway Express GmbH at the time of application and at the time of possible payment. The referral must be an employee of Takeaway Express GmbH at the time of payment.

Bonus Payment

The amount of the bonus is a cash payment of 350 € gross for the referrer, and 250 € gross for the referral.

Qualifying conditions for the bonus payment

The recommended courier (referral) must have delivered 100 orders.

Referral URL

In order to be able to identify a valid referral application on the part of Takeaway Express GmbH, the application must be made via the link provided to the referrer. This will be communicated electronically via e-mail. Subsequent acceptance of an application without a referral link is excluded.

Time of the bonus payment

The bonus will be paid together with the salary payment in the month following the month in which the conditions for payment of the bonus were met.

Special regulation for employees with contracts that are subject to earning limits

In the case of employees with employment contracts that are subject to earnings limits, the maximum possible working hours in the following month will be reduced accordingly by the bonus amount if a bonus payment is made. The reason for this is to maintain the monthly income limit for mini-jobbers, working students, etc.

This means that a mini-jobber, etc. can be credited with a maximum of one bonus payment per month. Any further claims will therefore be posted to the next payment month or subsequent months.
