How can I participate?
Every order over €5 at a participating partner restaurant in the "Deals for Champions" promotion qualifies you for entry. Sign up for our newsletter to receive an invitation to register for the sweepstakes. Once you receive the invitation, you have 72 hours to participate.
I ordered on December 12th. Does that still qualify me to participate?
Yes, participation is valid for orders placed by December 12th, 2024, at 11:59 PM, but not later.
Can I participate more than once?
Yes, each order you place counts as another entry. However, there is a limit of two entries within 24 hours.
Can I participate if I don't live in Germany?
No, unfortunately, participation in the sweepstakes is only possible with a residence in Germany.
Can I participate if I am a Lieferando employee?
No. Unfortunately, employees, executives, partners, and close relatives of Lieferando employees are not eligible to participate.
Can I still participate if I canceled my order?
No. If you cancel your order, your invitation to participate becomes invalid.
Can I still participate if my order was canceled by the restaurant?
Unfortunately, any canceled order is invalid, even if it was not canceled by you. Only a completed order qualifies for participation.
What happens if I order but forget to sign up for the email newsletter?
To participate in the sweepstakes, you must be signed up for our email and push notifications. Otherwise, you won't receive the invitation to register.
Why didn't I receive my invitation email to participate in the sweepstakes?
First, please check if you are signed up for our email newsletter [LINK to settings]. If you are, please also check your spam folder.
What happens if I win?
After you register, we need up to a week after the respective matchday to process entries. If you win, our customer service will notify you by email. If you have won, our ticket partner will also contact you with further information. You have 48 hours to claim your prize. Afterward, our ticket partner will get in touch again for additional details.
How many tickets are included in the grand prize? Are UEFA Champions League® tickets electronic?
The grand prize includes an exclusive UCL® experience as a Centre Circle Flag Carrier for the winner plus one guest, including one ticket per person in e-format.
Who can I bring to the match?
Your guest must be at least 18 years old. Travel expenses are not included and cannot be claimed.
Are travel and accommodation included in the prize?
The costs for travel and accommodation are not part of the prize. Therefore, we ask you to consider travel to the stadium when choosing your favorite team.
Is travel insurance included?
Travel insurance is not included. You are responsible for obtaining any insurance you deem necessary to attend a UEFA Champions League® match.
Do I have to pay taxes on my prize?
No, Lieferando will cover any applicable gambling taxes and/or withholding taxes that must be deducted from the prize. However, you should consult your tax advisor about the local tax and legal implications of your prize.
What happens if I don't want the prize?
After confirming your prize via email, you have 48 hours to either accept or decline the prize.
Can I transfer the tickets to someone else? Is it possible to resell my tickets?
After receiving the tickets via email from our ticket partner, you have a one-time opportunity to personalize the tickets. After that, the tickets cannot be changed or resold.
Will I be compensated for any illnesses or health issues during my trip?
No. We are not responsible for any incidents or infections during the match or trip and will not cover any related costs.
What safety measures are taken at the stadiums?
UEFA safety measures are followed in all countries. If you still have concerns, please do not accept the prize. In this case, you will receive a Lieferando voucher instead.
