1. How does Lieferando Credit work?
Your monthly credit is applied at checkout to any order, including delivery and service fees. You can spend up to €5 per day. Note: Credit doesn't cover tips, cash orders, or restricted items (i.e., those containing alcohol or tobacco).
2. When can I start using my Lieferando Credit?
You can start using your credit on the next order after you complete your membership purchase. Credit is automatically available for your next orders.
3. Can I use Lieferando Credit with other discounts and offers?
Yes. Your credit can be combined with partner offers and voucher codes. Enter your code at checkout to apply both the voucher and your credit to your total.
4. What happens to my Credit if my order is cancelled or refunded?
If your order is cancelled or refunded, any Lieferando Credit used is automatically returned to your balance within 24 hours.
5. Can I cancel my Lieferando+?
Yes. You can cancel within the first 14 days by selecting "Cancel membership" on your Lieferando+ page. Your refund amount depends on your membership usage over the past 14 days. If you have already used your credit, the membership fee is non-refundable.
6. What if I move to a different city/country? Will my Lieferando Credit still apply?
Your Lieferando Credit is valid when ordering with Lieferando in Germany. If you move to or order from a different country, your Lieferando Credit will not be available.
7. Can I transfer or share my Lieferando Credit with someone else?
No, the offer is valid only on your account and is not transferable.
