My online payment failed. What should I do?

You'll always receive a confirmation email once your payment is complete, so please check your inbox first. If it's there, then you can relax—we've already sent your order to the restaurant or store. Sometimes it can take up to 15 minutes to process a payment depending on your bank or financial institution.

If it's been more than 15 minutes and you still haven't received the email, please contact us. If money has already been deducted from your account, please share the order number for a faster resolution.
