How can I redeem the offer?

3. If you already have a Lieferando account, log in. If not, you can create an account. You’ll need a Lieferando account to connect to your Amazon Prime account and redeem the offer.
4. You’ve got free Lieferando delivery! Now it’s time to choose your favorite restaurant and start ordering at Lieferando. Make sure you are using the latest version of the app to be able to order using this offer.
Do my email addresses for my Amazon Prime account and Lieferando account need to match?
No. During the redemption process, you will be asked to enter your Amazon Prime and Lieferando credentials separately.
What if I cancel Prime?
If you end your Prime membership, you will lose access to our Lieferando offer. If you choose to restart your Prime membership again, you will need to reactivate the Lieferando offer by verifying your Prime membership again.
What if I'm not a Prime member?
This offer is only available to current Prime members. To join Prime and redeem your Lieferando offer, you can sign up using the steps above. You will then experience all that Prime has to offer, including fast and free shipping on Amazon, exclusive shopping events, savings, and entertainment benefits.

How would I know if I already activated the offer?
If you have already activated the offer, you will see it when browsing the Lieferando app or website, and at Lieferando checkout.
The offer is shown as active but my free delivery is not being applied at checkout. Why?
If Amazon is showing that the offer is active, and you are using the Lieferando app, please check that you are using the latest version of the app and are in the correct country. You need the latest version to be able to apply the offer at checkout. If this doesn’t solve your issue, please contact Customer Services.
Why is my free delivery offer not being applied to my order?
If your order does not meet the conditions of the offer then the free delivery offer will not apply - for example, if you are trying to place an order for less than €15, or if you are trying to use cash as a payment method. To have your unlimited free delivery offer applied, try meeting the minimum spend of 15€ or using an alternative online payment method.
For some select restaurants, you may have to spend more than €15 to order. This will be communicated in the app or website.
For how long will this offer last?
The offer with Amazon Prime is currently ongoing, so you can enjoy unlimited free delivery as much as you like, as long as you are an active Amazon Prime subscriber. We will contact you if this offer changes or ends.
Do I still have to pay other fees on my orders?
The Amazon Prime offer gives customers free delivery on orders above €15. Other fees like service fees will still apply.
I don’t have Amazon Prime. Can I pay for this offer?
This offer is only available to members of Amazon Prime and not available to purchase separately.

Will my personal data be shared between Amazon Prime and Lieferando?
By redeeming the offer, you agree that Amazon will share your Prime membership status information with Lieferando for the purposes of enabling your Lieferando offer, and that Lieferando may share offer redemption and/or cancellation information with Amazon.
How can I deactivate the offer and delete the account connection?
Head to your Accounts page in Lieferando and click on ‘Free Delivery with Amazon Prime’. You will then have the option to delete account connection. Once you have clicked this, you will no longer receive free delivery through this offer. You can reactivate the offer following the steps above.
Can I use this offer outside of my home country?
No, you can only use this Lieferando offer in your home country where you have a Prime account and a Lieferando account, and where your offer is activated.
