How do I get this?
If eligible, you’ll find the Lieferando.de+ 30-Day Delivery Benefit at checkout. Add it to your basket to get €0 delivery on your current order and a set number of eligible future orders over €15. It’s paid for along with the rest of your order and applied automatically. Please note that other fees, such as service and bag fees, still apply.
Can I buy it separately?
No, it can’t be purchased on its own. You can add it to your order at checkout.
What happens if my order is cancelled or refunded?
Cancelled orders aren't counted. Your €0 delivery is automatically credited back to your balance. If your balance isn't updated, please contact Customer Service.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Yes, your 14-day cooling-off period starts the day after purchase. You can request a refund as long as you haven’t used the benefit more than once.
When does my benefit expire?
This benefit is available for 30 days or until you use your last €0 delivery. Any remaining €0 deliveries can’t be carried forward after the 30-day period.
